If you require long-term, stable development resources to collaborate closely with your internal team, the dedicated resources model is the perfect fit. With this model, you can hire dedicated programmers for a fixed monthly cost, allowing them to work on anything you need.
Collaboration Modes
A. Project
- New customers normally start with this mode which involves a small project to trial out the process with us.
- This also helps to identify and select the developers to be your dedicated resource should you wish to proceed to the dedicated resource mode later on.

B. Dedicated Resource
- Dedicated developers/testers working for your company
- Working on new projects/products or maintaining existing ones. Scope of work is completely up to you as they are part of your (remote) internal team.
- Typical contract period starting from 12 months, with 3 months notice period from month 13
- Costed in a monthly rate
Project Mode
Step 1
Customer identify a small project, typically a new module or add-on to existing system or a new presentation layer like web or mobile to an existing module
Step 2
We will have meetings to go through your project requirement. For medium to high level complexity project, one of our UK team will visit your office to have face-to-face meeting. Everything is free of charge at this stage.
Step 3
A quotation is supplied highlighting number of developers and days required and project leadtime. An example is shown in the next page.
Step 4
Project kick start if quotation is accepted. The agile development methodology illustrated in the Our Process diagram below will be used to deliver the project.

- 1. Depending on the detail level of project requirement, we may add up to 20% tolerance in the quotation to cover unclarified requirements.
- 2. You typically do not need a project manager once moved into dedicated resources mode.

Dedicated Resource Mode
Step 1
Customer may choose to move to this mode after one or a few projects.
This can be used with project mode at the same time.
Step 2
Dedicated developer and/or testers chosen by the customer to become more like an internal team member.
Contract is typically minimum 12 months.
Step 3
The agile development methodology illustrated in the Our Process diagram below will typically be used. However, the customer can choose their own process and tools for higher level of integration with their internal teams.

Our Process
We employ agile development methodology and typically run a sprint with the process illustrated below and within 1-2 weeks cycle time. In terms of tool to support the process below, we typically use the tool that our customer already uses and prefers. Tools we used including Trello, Jira, Microsoft DevOps, Monday.com and ASANA.
